Apacheta Corporation Hires Gregg Timmons as President and CEO
(MEDIA, PENNSYLVANIA) – Apacheta Corporation, a mobile business solutions provider, is proud to announce the addition of CEO Gregg Timmons to its executive team. Effective June 4, 2015, Timmons joins the team with more than 30 years of successful software business experience the spans Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and turn-around ventures.

Timmons comes to Apacheta after serving as president and CEO of MedAct Software, a healthcare software company. While there, he led the company’s turn around and eventual acquisition by Battery Ventures backed Brightree, LLC. Before MedAct, he held executive roles at BorderWare Technologies, Netscape Communications and Silicon Graphics.

Timmons holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Texas, San Antonio. Outside of work, he serves on several company board of directors committees. He is also often a speaker, panelist and author covering healthcare IT and internet security.
