ServerACE lies at the center of all Apacheta solutions, delivering the system command and control features and a view into all aspects of the mobile environment. ServerACE™ utilizes open standards and can run on any Java compatible platform including Windows, Linux and Unix, providing maximum flexibility and scalability. Multiple ServerACE machines may be placed within a server farm or across grids for backup and load balancing.

ServerACE features can be grouped into four main categories:

Mobile Communications

ServerACE works with ACE Core to provide secure and reliable mobile communications featuring SSL security, data and radio priorities, check-point restart, guaranteed delivery, least-cost routing, and selective compression.

Management Console

ServerACE provides the administrative portals that allow companies to manage users in real-time, create customized reports, deliver software updates, provide version control, monitor and manage devices, collect analytics, view log files, and monitor host interfaces. Management alerts can be customized to deliver notifications via email or pager when events are triggered. In addition, ServerACE provides peer, group, and LDAP interfaces to leverage internal security and directories.

Enterprise Integration

ServerACE supports on-line/on-demand and batch enterprise integration through web services, as well as intermediate and FTP interfaces. Apacheta offers integration with existing ERP software, including SAP, Great Plains, and Oracle, as well as reporting and monitoring integration to routing and logistics systems.

Web Portals

ServerACE offers front-office web portals including a Delivery Center; Route Center; and Real-time and Replay Routes.
