Apacheta offers a full-range of Professional Services to deliver turn-key solutions to our customers. Our solution services capabilities include:

Project Management

Single point of contact within Apacheta to assist Customer Project Leader in the development, review, and monitoring of plans for the enterprise mobile solution projects.

Project Planning: Translation of the business ideas and intentions of the Enterprise Mobile Solution customer into a Project Proposal defining all the specifications required for the project. Project control procedures are established to maximize the probability of producing a high quality end product within the budget.

Project Execution: Apacheta has adopted the Carnegie Mellon University developed "Capability Maturity Model" (CMM) level 4 continuous improvement process.

Solution Requirements and Design

Apacheta will collect technical requirements and create a fully-documented design plan to meet the customer's needs. The Apacheta ACE Solution Design process begins by taking familiar enterprise design patterns and methodologies and molds them into an environment more suited for the mobile application designer.

Solution Development

Apacheta's methodology for Solution Development was formulated to deliver complex software programs in the shortest possible timeframe. This methodology includes: Iterative software lifecycle process; object-oriented analysis, design, and programming; and project documentation, closure and knowledge transfer.

Solution Deployment

Apacheta provides resources to ensure successful deployment of the project in the areas of data communications, wireless network design and application software design and implementation. Apacheta also offers equipment staging, software pre-load and systems integration and testing services.

Procurement

Apacheta can acquire the technology solution on behalf of the customer through software, hardware and carrier service purchase or leasing options.

Training

Apacheta provides a variety of training programs for end users, end user trainers, administrators, developers and support personnel. For end users, Apacheta will typically train the trainer and help train the end user in the first few identified rollouts, while then providing support for the trained customer personnel to train the additional areas during subsequent rollouts.
